We will first walk over the Chalk Downland site returning to the cars for lunch at around 13.00Hrs, those that wish to continue will then cross the road to the Vernditch side, which is mainly a woodland and scrub habitat. We should return to the cars after a circular walk, by around 15.30 to 16.00 Hrs. To observe any early summer insects, flowers and other wildlife of interest at this amazing site. Stout Walking boots (not wellingtons!) Food and drink (definitely water). Walking stick (if required), Binoculars, Camera, pocket lens if you have them.
