Location: Burgate (SU 152 153)

Parking: Some parking in front of Burgate School (school closed for holidays) and more in nearby roads

The Avon Valley Path crosses the water meadows at Burgate allowing easy access to a very beautiful and interesting area that is otherwise difficult to visit. Hopefully the Avon will have provided enough water for the plants to flower in the face of the current, prolonged drought. Let’s see what we can find.
