Speaker: David Freeman
David Freeman has spent the last 45 years working in archaeology, with a mix of experimental work, teaching, constructing, and interpretation, particularly in the construction of prehistoric buildings, and living conditions. David Freemen will discuss his builds of seven houses, to very exacting evidence, six of those covered late iron age, with construction methods being visible across many excavations including Hengistbury Head, and how sustainability had to be addressed in the construction of iron age houses.
