Speaker: Dr Richard Williams
Dr Richard Williams gained his MA and PhD at the Courtauld Institute. London. He has lectured at Birkbeck College, the V&A, Sotheby’s Institute of Art and the National Gallery in London. He is currently a curator at the Royal Collection for whom he has lectured on Vermeer, Canaletto. Rubens Rembrandt, The Tudor Court etc. He has published widely on Elizabethan and Tudor England and his book on the Northern Renaissance (co-written with Paula Nuttall) is to appear shortly.
