Speaker: Dr Anton Page

Dr. Page is the Director of the Biomedical Imaging Unit – a joint University of Southampton/ University Hospital Southampton NHS Foundation Trust facility for diagnostic and research microscopy. He will talk about the extensive facilities for light, electron and X-ray microscopy in 2- and 3- dimensions. The lecture will give an insight into how modern microscopy can be used to study disease processes and well as creating spectacular images.
