Broadstone Heath
Objective: To observe resident species of insects and reptiles. Meet Broadstone Heath. Access is a side cul de sac off Merrifield Avenue, on right opposite House no 15. Park on side of Merrifield Ave. This is a moderate sized site with some steepish walking and is mostly dry and wet acid heathland with a stream and a large pond. Equipment, boots and lens etc same as 28/04 Martin Down.
