Most of our nature locations are summer or winter destinations, Brownsea is all year round. Winter is full of waders, the most avocets and spoonbills in the UK. Summer is ideal for best close up views of terns and red squirrels. This is a ‘magical’ place in Poole Harbour, with connotations of start of Boy Scout movement, Enid Blyton secret coves and more.
