Speaker: Dr Paul Daniels

Paul Daniels is President of the Federation of Astronomical Societies, and this talk looks at the damage being done to our observing the night sky by the launch of thousands of satellites, especially by SpaceX with their “Starlink”, consisting eventually of tens of thousands of satellites. The talk will be approx. 90 minutes with a break after 60 minutes.
